1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) aim to define the terms and conditions under which SHAYLIRA offers and sells its personalized products to its customers. These GTCS apply exclusively to all sales concluded by SHAYLIRA, both for its own account and on behalf of its business partners. Any order placed on the website www.shaylira.com implies the buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

The products offered for sale by SHAYLIRA are those listed on the website www.shaylira.com at the time the buyer consults the site, and within the limits of available stock. SHAYLIRA pays the utmost attention to the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy customer information. However, errors may occur on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

3. Prices

The sale prices of the products online on the website www.shaylira.com, indicated in euros, are those in effect at the time the buyer registers the order form. They do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition and indicated before the order is validated. SHAYLIRA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the buyer the application of the price in effect on the day of the order.

4. Order and Payment

Placing an order on the site is subject to the respect of the process set up by SHAYLIRA, which includes various steps that the customer must follow to validate their order. Before finally validating their order, the customer will have the opportunity to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors before confirming it to express their acceptance. SHAYLIRA will then confirm the order by email. Full payment is required at the time of the order. Payments will be made by credit card through a secure system.

5. Delivery

SHAYLIRA commits to deliver the products within approximately 5 to 7 working days from the day after the customer placed their order. In case of delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Delivery is deemed complete as soon as the product is handed over to the customer by the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Given the personalized nature of the products sold, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

7. Product Warranty

The products sold on the website www.shaylira.com comply with the regulations in force in France and benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects.

8. Liability

SHAYLIRA cannot be held liable for the non-performance of the contract in case of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transportation means and/or communications.

9. Personal Data

SHAYLIRA is committed to protecting its customers' personal data. All personal data concerning the customer collected by SHAYLIRA is treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection policy.

10. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these GTCS is subject to French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

These GTCS are applicable from March 5, 2024.
