At SHAYLIRA, we want you to shop with confidence. Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why we offer a clear and transparent return policy for all eligible orders.

If your item is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging where possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup stains, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Sale & Promotional Items

Sale items and promotional items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

This means that if you purchased an item on sale, with a discount code, or during a promotional offer, you may still request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SHAYLIRA cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by SHAYLIRA if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been reviewed, our customer care team will send you the return instructions by email.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first, as we need to provide the correct return instructions.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, SHAYLIRA will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by SHAYLIRA.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, may not be refunded unless required by law or unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or an alternative solution.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn

  • The item has been washed

  • The item has been damaged after delivery

  • The item has makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other visible marks

  • The original tags have been removed

  • The return request was made after the 14-day return period
