Terms of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS" or "Terms") govern all sales of products by SHAYLIRA ("Seller") to customers ("Buyer") through the website www.shaylira.com. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms in their entirety and is bound by them.
1. Applicability
These GTCS apply exclusively to all sales concluded by SHAYLIRA on www.shaylira.com. They supersede any previous terms. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Products
Products offered on the website are those listed at the time of consultation, subject to available stock. SHAYLIRA takes care to present products accurately; however, minor errors or variations in product descriptions, colors, or availability may occur. The customer acknowledges and accepts this possibility.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros and are those in effect at the time of order placement. Shipping is free worldwide and included in the displayed price. SHAYLIRA reserves the right to change prices at any time; the Buyer pays the price in effect on the day of order. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via credit card through a secure payment system.
4. Order Process
The customer must follow SHAYLIRA's order process on the website. Before final confirmation, the customer can review their order details, total price, and make corrections. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. SHAYLIRA will send a confirmation email with order details and tracking information when the order ships.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Statutory Right
In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a legal right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without penalty and without providing justification. This applies to consumers purchasing for personal use.
5.2 Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:• Products confectioned according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized• Custom-made items or bespoke orders• Items manufactured specifically for the customerMany SHAYLIRA products are personalized or made-to-order. Upon purchase, the Buyer will be informed whether their specific item qualifies for withdrawal rights. If the product is personalized or custom-made, withdrawal is not permitted.
5.3 Exercising Withdrawal
To withdraw, the Buyer must contact SHAYLIRA in writing within 14 days:Email: contact.shaylira@gmail.comThe Buyer must provide their order number and reason for withdrawal. Upon valid withdrawal, SHAYLIRA will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
6. Return Policy
For detailed information on returns, refunds, exchanges, and eligibility conditions, please refer to SHAYLIRA's Return & Refund Policy at www.shaylira.com/policies/refund-policy. That policy sets forth all terms governing returns, including timeframes, shipping costs, and conditions for refunds and exchanges.
7. Delivery
SHAYLIRA commits to delivery within 1–3 business days processing time plus 7–10 business days shipping (or longer for international orders). Delivery is complete when the carrier delivers the package to the Buyer. For shipping details, see www.shaylira.com/policies/shipping-delivery.
8. Product Conformity and Warranties
All products sold comply with applicable French and EU regulations. Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). 9. Liability Limitations
SHAYLIRA is not liable for:• Stock shortages or product unavailability• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)• Delays or failures by shipping carriers• Loss or damage during transit (carrier responsibility)• Customs delays or complications for international ordersThe Buyer's sole remedy for non-performance is refund or replacement in accordance with the Return Policy.
10. Personal Data and Privacy

11. Intellectual Property
All content on www.shaylira.com, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of SHAYLIRA. Reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is prohibited.
12. Dispute Resolution
These GTCS are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or their interpretation are subject to French law. The parties will first attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of France.
